Safeguarding at St Luke's and St Mary's

The parishes of St Luke’s Morton and St Mary’s Riddlesden are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers, (PSOs). Contact details for the PSOs are listed further down the page. The Diocese of Leeds safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisers (DSAs) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA team. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of a child or adult in the first instance you should always contact your local social services team or local police (call 101). You must then inform the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser (DSA) by phoning one of the numbers below or clicking here to send an email.

Office number: 0113 353 0257 (between 09.00 and 17.00, Monday to Friday)

If you require URGENT OUT OF HOURS SAFEGUARDING ADVICE please contact the Archdeacon of Bradford on 07973 458403. If he is unavailable then you must contact any of the Archdeacons in the Diocese of Leeds.
